Construction Adhesive Sealant

 

Obaproof Oba-905 Construction Adhesive Sealant is a high-bonding-strength professional quality adhesive sealant specifically formulated to eliminate much of the nailing required for construction purposes. The adhesive sealant provides a high strength water-resistant bond to a wide variety of materials, including wood, structural flooring panels, particle board masonry, aluminium, galvanised iron, steel, concrete and fibrous cement sheeting.

Application Area

• Suitable for gap filling joints around door frames and wall, wooden cabinet with wall
• General glazing: wood, concrete, marble, aluminium, etc.

Pot Life / Shelf life

Shelf life: Use within 12 months from date of production.

Storage

• Material should be stored in a dry and cool place between 5°C to 30°C.

Application

• Apply bead in a zig-zag direction. After applying, it’s highly recommended to ventilate the bead.
• Venting method: apply adhesive, press panel (or subtract) firmly, then pull away, press back & pull away repeatedly until there is a visible adhesive string in between substrates & bonding strength is FELT in between the substrates.
