Obaproof Con-Cure 111

Products are supplied ready to use and should not be diluted. Stir well before use. Apply Obaproof Con-Cure 111 in a thin, even coat using spray equipment immediately after the free surface water has evaporated from the fresh concrete. Remove all loose particles and repair any honeycombs. Hold the spray nozzle approximately 500mm from the surface and move it back and forth for complete coverage. After application, protect Obaproof Con-Cure 111 from rain for at least 3 hours. The membrane typically disintegrates after 5 weeks if applied correctly (7m²/litre). If subsequent surface treatment is needed before the membrane disintegrates, remove the Obaproof Con-Cure 111 film. Do not apply Obaproof Con-Cure 111 to dry concrete, especially on vertical surfaces or soffits that may have partially dried out in shuttering. Ensure the concrete is well-wetted before application to avoid permanent staining.
