Pot Life / Shelf life
Shelf Life:
Best before 12 months from date of production if stored properly in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging.
Storage
Store in dry conditions at temperatures between +10°C and +40°C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
Uses
Obaproof CIM-Waterproof is recommended for use in structural concrete, particularly for the following:
• Slope Roof Slabs
• Flat Roof Slabs
• Beams
• Columns
• Slabs
• Excellent for internal and external plaster of building etc.
• Repair and renovation
Application
• Mix cement, aggregates with sand and dry mix.
• Add 50-70% of required water and mix the mass to make it moist.
• Add Obaproof CIM-Waterproof to the remaining water and pour it into the mixing drum and mix the entire quantity for approx. 3 minutes to achieve a homogenous mix.
• Pour the mixture on a tray and use as per requirement and lay the concrete.
• Cure as per normal procedure by ponding / curing compounds.
Dosage
100g for 50kg bag of cement (0.2% by weight of cement).
Note
Excess dosage may delay the setting of concrete.
